Gratitude is anti-aging.

Gratitude is more than counting your blessings and feeling fortunate. It’s more than an emotion too, it opens the way for grace. Gratitude is your magic power.

If we focus on the mind-body connection, from the brain perspective, there are only 2 input types: positive and negative.

Positive experiences lead to increased well-being and health. Negative input leads to decreased well-being and a higher risk for disease.

Gratitude is a powerful form of positive input that can generate new brain cells and open new pathways that can shift hostility, stress, and depression into positive psychological states, such as compassion and empathy. This is why we want to make the mind-body connection stronger.

A thankful thought doesn’t just remain in your head, it gets transmitted to the body’s hundred trillion cells and increases your well-being. 

It starts with your awareness. Nature supports what you want. Ask and you shall receive 💚
